Service Description
3-Session Platinum Pass Membership Our best value—save more with this extended commitment! From August 5 to October 31, 2025 Valid for 3 consecutive sessions (typically 12 weeks total), following TenC Dance Co’s monthly calendar (each session usually runs from the beginning to the end of the month). Includes unlimited access to all regular TenC classes (excludes special workshops and guest instructor classes). Access to Intermediate and higher-level classes requires prior assessment. Free entry to Thursday indoor socials throughout your membership. Important: This pass offers our biggest discount, and as such, it must be used over three back-to-back sessions without any gaps, pauses, or deferrals. Cancellation Policy
Class & Membership Policy – TenC Dance Co Refunds & Cancellations: All sales are final. No cancellations and no refunds. Passes are valid for one session only (4 consecutive weeks of classes). Valid only for TenC Dance Co instructor-led classes. Not valid for guest instructor classes or special workshops. Exceptional Circumstances: All classes are non-refundable. In the case of long-term illness or life-altering events, credit or deferral to a future session may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Waiver & Responsibility By purchasing a class or membership, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health and safety (or your child’s). You agree not to hold TenC Dance Co, its instructors, or guest instructors liable for any accident or injury incurred during participation in classes, workshops, or dance events. You and/or your child are encouraged to withdraw from any class, workshop, or social dance if experiencing physical or emotional discomfort. Code of Conduct TenC Dance Co maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, including sexual harassment. We reserve the right to remove or ban individuals from our classes or events if a formal complaint is filed and an investigation confirms that a violation occurred. Please note: Latin dance styles often involve close contact. Technique errors may occur; however, a ban will only be enforced if improper intent or clear misconduct is established. Consent & Agreement By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy and the full waiver. This agreement applies to you and, if applicable, any minors in your care, and constitutes an electronic signature. You also irrevocably grant TenC Dance Co the right to record, use, edit, and distribute any photo, video, or audio captured during your (or your child’s) participation in classes and events.
