Cancellation Policy

*All Classes are Non-Refundable. Credit for another class can be offered on a case-by-case basis due to long-term illness or life-altering events. By purchasing this class or membership, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and safety or your child's. You agree not to hold responsible the organization TenC Dance Co, its instructors or its guest instructors liable for any accident or injury due you or your child's participation in the dance activities. You or your child are encouraged to withdraw at any point of the workshops or social dances if you feel physical or emotional discomfort. TenC Dance Co has a zero-tolerance for harassment (sexual or otherwise) and reserves the right to ban an individual from it's classes or events if a formal complaint is placed and an investigation confirms that an actionable incident occurred at the event. Taking into consideration that some Latin Dance forms are close contact forms of dance and technique mistakes can happen, probable cause and/or improper intent must be discovered. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge that you have read and consent to the terms of the Organization’s waiver, and you agree to be bound by its provisions.
