TenC Dance Co instructors are amongst the most talented and experienced Hip Hop and K-Pop teachers and performers in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Hip hop is the dance that originated along with Rap and R&B music in the 1990's, including pop and lock, tutting (hand gestures), funk, etc.

K-Pop or Korean Pop is closely related to Hip Hop. At the cross-roads of Hip Hop, Latin dance and reggaetón dancing, K-Pop uses a very wide range of movements and body isolations.

The rise of superstar groups like BTS, Blackpink and others is making this style of dance extremely popular amongst young dancers who learn to dance their favourite music video choreographies or entirely original routines on Korean pop music.
